Harper's Choice Village Board
The Village Board, elected by the community each April, meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month to discuss issues pertaining to the Harper's Choice community. It is "grass roots" democracy in action. The job of the Village Board is to:

1. advocate for residents
2. provide liaison with other resident groups
3. manage Kahler Hall and the two neighborhood centers
4. sponsor special community events
5. provide representation and support to other associations and government agencies
6. uphold the Covenants
