The Architectural Committee meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at Kahler Hall. The deadline for application submissions is two weeks prior to the meeting date.
Applications must be complete including any applicable drawings, photos or attachments. Originals are required and neighbor’s signatures are requested for two reasons; to inform the adjoining or visually affected neighbors of the proposed changes and to reinforce awareness of the application process. Neighbors signatures indicate awareness of the plans and may not demonstrate approval or disapproval with the plans.
